王硕的病情现在越来越严重了。
今天，医生把王阳和黄玉珊全都叫到了医院，想他们说明了王硕现在的病情。王阳说：“医生，那应该怎么办啊？.....还有没有别的办法啊？.....”医生说：“有，这是一家英国的公立医院，这家医院里面有一个叫Sam的大夫，....做这方面的手术还不错。.....我跟这个Sam医生有点交情，在你们来之前我给他打了一个视频说了一下王董现在的情况。他的建议是立马去英国，这样的话.....还有机会。”王阳说：“好。”
第二天，王阳一早去公司和李云高然交代了一下公司的事情以后便急急忙忙的带着王硕去办护照，准备前往英国。....等到了英国以后，Sam医生说：“I am very lucky that your father's condition has not worsened， so I will stay in hospital today， and then do two tests tonight and tomorrow morning. 到了病房后，王阳先让黄玉珊在病房等着，他带着王硕去做检查。此时，在国内王硕公司的工人得知了王硕的事情以后，便主动要求.....能为王硕做点什么。因为从王林开始，一直到王硕对他们这批工人一直是非常好的。从来不会....也不会因为他们.......高然对工人说：“大家的心意我代表王董领了，但是大家......王董是不是会更开心呢？........”领头的工人说：“对，高总说的对，大家要多干活........这才是报答了王董对咱们的恩情呢.......”
三个月后，Sam医生看到了王硕的术后恢复报告后非常满意，对着王阳说道：“Congratulations， Mr. Wang Yang. Your father is recovering very well. Now he is.... You can see that all the cancer cells have been removed. 是啊，好人有好报。王硕一个上市集团的董事长，平时里在公司无论是对待底层员工，还是中层管理人员他都是一视同仁，出错了该批评批评该开除开除。他从没有因为自己的.......而导致公司......这也是很多人佩服王硕的一点原因。还有很多人不理解王硕为什么要这样难道他不知道这样自己会损失很大吗？.....王硕只回应了一句：我不怕损失，我怕我的员工对我心寒，都离我而去了。
